Each workspace has a workspace permissions setting which you can use to restrict access to that workspace to specific users, groups, or API keys. If a user, group, or API key is not granted access to a restricted workspace, they can't see the workspace name or determine whether that workspace exists.
Employing workspace view restrictions is appropriate for sensitive (i.e., secret) projects and when there’s a desire to reduce cognitive load by showing a smaller number of workspaces to each user.
