For security reasons, a user who enters their password incorrectly five times is blocked from accessing their Split account. The following sections describe how to unblock a user's account.
A user can go through the password reset flow to unblock their account.
- Go to
- Click Forgot?.
- Enter your email.
- Follow the instructions sent to the email, provided the user exists.
An administrator can unblock users in Admin Settings.
- From the left navigation, click the top, select Admin Settings, and then Users.
- If the user's status is blocked, click Unblock next to the user’s name. The user’s status changes to Active.
